PhD in Video Generation
DeepScenario is looking for a PhD student.
DeepScenario and TU Munich (TUM) are offering a PhD position in the field of generative AI for autonomous driving applications. You will join a dedicated team of experts and research algorithms for photorealistic video generation to simulate realistic driving scenarios. Your work will enable closed-loop AI simulations, which are essential for training and testing self-driving systems.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct state-of-the-art research in closed-loop video generation using AI-based methods
- Leverage your approaches to solve challenging real-world problems in autonomous driving
- Publish your work at international conferences
- Work closely with our team and your supervisor, Prof. Dr. Daniel Cremers (TUM)
Your Qualifications
- MSc in computer science, engineering, physics, or a related field
- Theoretical and practical experience in machine learning and generative AI
- Previous knowledge of transformer and diffusion models benefits
- Team player with a passion for working in an intercultural environment
- High degree of autonomy and excellent problem-solving skills
